Occupational Hygiene – What is it all About?

According to the International Occupational Hygiene Association (IOHA), occupational hygiene is defined as a discipline, not just a function or a job. The IOHA describes occupational hygiene as follows: “… the discipline of anticipating, recognising, evaluating and controlling health hazards in the working environment”.
